🕒 Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

• You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

🌍 Shipping Areas

• We currently ship within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

• At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

🪑 Large Furniture Shipments

• Desks, chairs, and bulk items may ship separately from smaller accessories.

• Freight delivery may require an appointment; carriers will contact you to schedule a convenient time.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of shipment.

❗ Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ponteroffice.com.

2. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

3. We’ll work quickly to replace, refund, or reship your items.

🔁 Address Changes & Cancellations

• You can update or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

• Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
